LIMS for Cannabis Testing

Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. has been helping Cannabis Testing Laboratories meet their testing, regulatory compliance and automation goals for over a decade. Our Cannabis LIMS is fully configured with all of the key tests and parameters, so that much of configuration work is complete, that translates into our clients going live and realizing their return on investment with ATL’s LIMS faster. The system is also configured with dozens of reports, out of the box and ready to use. These reports include a Chain of Custody, final analysis report, Certificate of Analysis, worklist, turnaround time, and production reports and many others. There is also an easy to use tool to create additional reports as well as Electronic Data Deliverables. Combined with ATL’s LIMS Boot Camp offering hands-on training, laboratories can extract the maximum value of ATL’s feature rich solutions to facilitate their ISO 17025 certification. ATL also has an instrument library of over 500 different instruments that we have previously interfaced, an integral part of a fully automated laboratory not only to eliminate transcription errors but also to accelerate turnaround time and enhance efficiency. In addition to working with contract, commercial testing laboratories, we also work with growers, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and food and beverage organizations. There is also full support for linking SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Pesticides, Mycotoxins, Bacteria, Potency, Solvents, Foreign Material, Heavy Metals and Water Activity. Our clients and team members have given numerous presentations on ATL’s Sample Master® Cannabis LIMS solution at LABROOTS seminars, CANNAEAST, and The Cannabis 2020 virtual meeting on Cannabis and Cannabinoids. ATL also has integrated solutions for remote temperature, light and humidity monitoring which are fully integrated with Sample Master® via our API.

We offer integration with Confident Cannabis and have achieved metrc Certification in 8 states with additional states in progress. We are also able to integrate with a number of additional enterprise solutions via a restful API. We strive to offer clients a total solution, from barcoding packages for sample accessioning to final reporting and sample disposition.
